  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any documents, RFPs, and information uploaded. You grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to use this content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the service.

  • Our Content: All other content including AI models, code, templates, and interfaces belong to us or our licensors.

6. AI-Generated Content

While our AI provides generated proposals and summaries based on user input, we do not guarantee the accuracy, compliance, or fitness of the content for any government submission. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it.

7. Payment and Subscription

  • Some features may require a paid subscription.

  • Prices and billing terms are specified on the pricing page.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to maintain the reliability and uptime of DariusGPT. However, we are not liable for:

  • Losses due to data inaccuracies or AI misinterpretations,

  • Platform downtime,

  • Unauthorized access to your data unless caused by our gross negligence.
